It was really an awesome stay at bantayan island! Staffs are really friendly and very very accommodating specially their manager they called her “Mommy” see picture below. Also to the “Ate” who always accommodate us. She’s a 💯. The place is beach front that’s why I love it. When you wake-up in the morning you get the fresh feeling with breeze of the beach. The room is super nice and clean. No problem! It’s peaceful and very calm. The much needed break. Planning to go back soon with the whole family. Thank you again! 🥰

We booked 2 Rooms. Rooms 4&5. Both their rooms are spacious. Bed is huge with sofa. With own balcony and there's kitchen at the back where you can cook for free. The bathroom is so clean too, it has bidet. ACs are working well. Room 5 has a leaking on their A/C but not much issue to us. The place has nearby family owned resorts but Sunday Flower is the most modern one. There are also nearby piso water station and sari2x store. The beach area is a little bit crowded, Sugar Beach is a few minutes walk so we stayed there cos there are only few people. Kota beach is maybe 10-15 minute walk. MJ square can be reached when you ride a trike 10 pesos per person. Dont judge a book by its cover, we recommend this for huge group like family because the rooms are spacious and clean! I just want to recommend to put lights on the stairway cos its really dark during the night.

Had the upstairs room. It has a stair down to a common Sandy area leading to the beach. The AC worked well and shower was good. There was a balcony facing the front / restaurant area. WiFi is very poor in the room and slow everywhere. Staff were very friendly and helpful and I was able to rent a motorbike for 300 pesos a day. The beginning of my stay was during the week (early May) and it was so quiet that there were times I was the only person on the beach. I wanted to extend my stay but learned that Bantayan is a weekend destination for people from Cebu and hotels fill up. There was more music noise on Friday also, so the place has 2 personalities…weekday vs weekend. I’d stay again.
